GENERAL INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS

  • 24 Hour Cancellation Policy - Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if treatments must be cancelled or rescheduled. In circumstances of a no-show, the full treatment cost will be charged. Clients receive a confirmation call prior to their treatment.

  • Consultations - All aesthetic treatments require a thorough consultation, and medical history must be provided. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your treatment to complete a consultation form. Consultations are free but a deposit may be required when booking. The deposit can be deducted from the cost of the treatment.

  • In case of a no-show, the deposit is non refundable.

  • Patch Test - Some chemical peels require a patch test and will be booked a week before the treatment. This service is free of charge.

  • To get the best out of your relaxation time please arrive promptly as late arrivals may not experience the full treatment and will be charged in full.

  • Gift Vouchers - The vouchers are valid for 6 months only and are not refundable. Extensions are accepted under exceptional circumstances.

  • Mobile phones must be turned off or set on silent to ensure full relaxation.
